My favourite cuisine is Japanese, and I can never resist fresh sushi, though I’m equally drawn to long evenings filled with laughter, good company and the anticipation of where the night may lead.

Perhaps that means sharing a decadent meal at a favourite restaurant, enjoying cocktails overlooking the city skyline, or simply spending time together in luxurious comfort, wrapped in soft robes with a bottle of bubbly close by.
